Every new bike purchased at Danny’s Cycles comes with our exclusive 13-Month Service Plan, designed to keep your bike in top shape long after your first ride.
For 13 months from the date of purchase, you can stop by any Danny’s Cycles location for UNLIMITED Basic Tune-Ups and quick adjustments whenever needed. We recommend taking advantage of this plan with two key visits:
• One month after purchase for an initial check-up
• Around the 12-month mark for your final complimentary Basic Tune
This plan is only available for new bicycles purchased at Danny’s Cycles and is redeemable at any of our store locations.
What’s Covered
• Labor for adjustments and tune-ups
• Replacement of components if they fail due to manufacturer defects
• Labor for defective component installation
Important Notes:
• Normal wear and tear is not covered
• Any part deemed defective is replaced at no cost, but the manufacturer determines what qualifies as a defect
• Parts and Labor coverage only applies to bicycles and components purchased from Danny’s Cycles
Not Covered
Wearable parts and labor to install them are not included under the 13-Month Service Plan. These items naturally wear down over time and are the rider’s responsibility.
Wearable parts include:
Brake pads, chain, cassette, grips, handlebar tape, saddle, tires, and tubes.

This plan builds on our included 13-Month Service Plan by extending unlimited Basic Tune-Ups to 26 months from the date of purchase and adding the valuable benefit of Flat Insurance.

• Flat Insurance ($49 value) – covers tubes and labor for flat repairs

This plan covers everything you need to refresh your tubeless setup—so you can ride worry-free, without the mess or hassle.

• New sealant whenever needed
• Tape and valves (if needed)
• Professional labor and installation
• Refreshes available anytime during ownership
Optional Add-On:
Customers who purchase the 26-Month Extended Service Plan for a tubeless bike can add the Tubeless Refresh Plan for just $50 at the time of bike purchase.
Important Notes
• Tires are not covered. If your tire is too worn or damaged, a new one must be purchased before the refresh can be completed
• Free initial setup is included with new tubeless bikes purchased at Danny’s Cycles
• A fee applies for tubeless conversions on non-tubeless bikes

13-Month Service Plan – Fine Print
The 13-Month Service Plan is included with the purchase of new bicycles from Danny’s Cycles and valid for 13 months from the original purchase date. It covers labor for basic tune-ups and adjustments, as well as the replacement and installation of components deemed defective by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear and installation of wearable parts are not covered. Wearable parts include brake pads, chain, cassette, grips, tape, saddle, tires, and tubes. This plan is non-transferable and applies only to bikes and components purchased from Danny’s Cycles.
26-Month Extended Service Plan – Fine Print
The 26-Month Extended Service Plan is available for $149 at the time of new bike purchase from Danny’s Cycles. It includes unlimited basic tune-ups for 26 months and Flat Insurance. Component replacement due to manufacturer defects is only covered during the first 13 months. After that, parts and labor for defective components are not included. This plan is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the original owner.
Flat Insurance – Fine Print
Flat Insurance covers the cost of inner tubes and labor to repair flats at Danny’s Cycles. It does not include tires. If a tire is too worn or damaged, it must be replaced at the customer's expense to complete the repair. Coverage is valid for one bike only and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Not all bikes are eligible. The insured bike must be brought in by the original owner. Danny’s Cycles reserves the right to refuse coverage in cases of misuse or abuse.
Tubeless Refresh Plan – Fine Print
The Tubeless Refresh Plan includes sealant, tape, valves (if needed), and labor. Tires are not covered. If the tire is too worn or damaged, the refresh will not be completed until a replacement tire is purchased. Valid for one bike only and non-transferable. A $50 discounted rate is available when bundled with the Extended Service Plan at the time of purchase. Free initial setup is provided for new tubeless bikes purchased at Danny’s Cycles. A fee applies for tubeless conversions. Danny’s Cycles reserves the right to refuse service if the plan is misused.
Satisfaction Guarantee – Fine Print
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued on a Danny’s Cycles gift card. Some exclusions may apply. Proof of purchase required.
Price Match Guarantee – Fine Print
Price match applies to identical items (brand, model, size, color) available in stock at local retail stores within 15 miles of a Danny’s Cycles location. Online pricing is excluded. Competitor and Danny’s Cycles must have the item in stock at the time of the match. Discount may not exceed 40% off original retail price. Limited to one price match per item, per customer. Valid within 30 days of purchase. Not applicable to clearance, liquidation, coupons, bundled offers, manufacturer promotions, or pricing errors. Manufacturer restrictions and exclusions apply.
